To be a Hyper Carer:

All Hyper Care Limited agency staff is carefully selected and must have at least six months experience and the relevant qualification. All our agency staff is interviewed, inducted and checked against the Criminal Records Bureau prior to commencing employment with us. In addition, all our carers are checked against POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults) and POCA (Protection of Children Act) lists. Our carers reflect the diverse communities they serve which essentially means we are in a great position to provide the best match for every one of our clients in the most sensitive, non-discriminatory and professional manner. It is the policy of Hyper Care Limited that all agency workers, before the commencement of work, undergo basic Induction Training as laid out in the National Minimum Standards.
